2020年新冠疫情爆發(fā)，國際商業(yè)環(huán)境劇變，國際關系摩擦升級，企業(yè)遭遇法律風險升級，企業(yè)必須重視合規(guī)發(fā)展的警鐘一再被敲響。經(jīng)濟全球化新階段，合規(guī)經(jīng)營是國際化企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的源動力和根本保障。目前各個國家都在通過立法、國際合作的方式加強合規(guī)監(jiān)管工作。中國政府也越來越重視依法治企與合規(guī)監(jiān)管，國務院國資委全面推進中央企業(yè)合規(guī)管理

工作，目前中央企業(yè)已全部成立合規(guī)委員會。最高檢也在有序推進企業(yè)合規(guī)改革試點工作，并牽頭推動建立國家層面的企業(yè)合規(guī)第三方監(jiān)管機制。企業(yè)在全球開展投資與貿(mào)易活動時，必須遵守全球市場的規(guī)則與要求，進一步提升國際化合規(guī)經(jīng)營與管理競爭力。
